EigenCloud aims to solve a core blockchain limitation: programmability. Smart contracts are limited in their ability to handle complex, off-chain logic like AI inference or large-scale data processing. EigenCloud bridges this gap by offering a "verifiable cloud"—a developer platform where applications can run off-chain in containers but with their correctness and outputs enforced on-chain via cryptoeconomic security (EigenCloud). This lets developers "rent trust" secured by Ethereum, enabling use cases like verifiable AI agents, dynamic onchain games, and trust-minimized data oracles that were previously impossible.
2. Technology & Architecture
The platform's architecture is modular, built on Ethereum's base layer.
